The Full Story
1889 Interiors was born from a love of the West. It’s grit, It’s beauty, and the way history is woven into every weathered barn and sturdy log cabin.
Over the years, through my work on high-end residential and exclusive projects, I've had the opportunity to take on designs that challenged me, honed my skills, and showed me what true custom design really means - experiences I am deeply grateful for.
But what I love most now is designing for real homes and real people, homes that are lived in, where stories unfold, and where life actually happens.
Designing in Dillon, Montana, has allowed me to slow down and reconnect with the things that matter most both in design and in life: community, authenticity, and the enduring the beauty of the West. My days often start with coffee in hand, French bulldog close by, a walk through the hayfields, the horses reminding me it’s time to feed them, and the donkeys in the pasture making their opinions known. Some call it chaos; I call it heaven. In every project, I strive to bring that same joy into your home. Chaos included.
I’m not a designer focused on trends or status. My approach is intentional, personal, and rooted in meaning. I believe true design should reflect who you are and how you live, not just what looks impressive. Every detail matters because every detail tells a story, and I love helping those stories come to life in homes that are truly lived-in.
